Stefan has been collaborating with the Controller Institute since its establishment in 2011.
He coordinated by now ten working sessions and transfer of best practices in strategic, operational and budget planning. Stefan has defined and exemplified in his sessions the controller’s role within the organization, as well as the practical and fine skills he needs in order to obtain career success. “The road to top management has often gone through controlling”. Over 150 participants in the work sessions covered different areas and sectors of activity: from banking and insurance to oil and natural gas; from marketing and advertising to paint manufacturing and air transport services; from medical equipment to air conditioning and refrigeration; from consulting services to production of paper or clothing; from production of equipment and parts for the automotive industry to the Bucharest Stock Exchange.
